HI, i wish to begin by saying, i was highly sceptical about joining this service, as i am very used and more to the point, very comfortable going down to the local video store and picking from the selection in front of me.
This service has definately opened my eyes, i wish to say, your service is unimaginably high quality, within 2 days of sending titles back, i recieve 2 more, other than the fact that i have to keep my queue full, this is awesome, thank you so much for having such a great team of obligated staff who allow your service to run so perfectly. its very high class for any type of online service. thanks again, although i am new to your service, i am sure you are now my primary choice of movie rental company and service provider. Quickflix is the second on-line DVD rental service I have tried. I won't need to sample a third. In short, QF provides an excellent service. DVD Range: QF has an excellent library range. I find the website very easy to navigate with a useful tab based interface. Browsing movies is made easier through the ability to customise browsing preferences. Both the on-line and telephone based customer service was fantastic. I have made several on-line queries, all receiving attention / responses within 48 hours. All questions were answered (often service desks will answer most but not all), and responses were well written and formatted. Similarly, I found telephone support to be friendly, helpful and concise. Delivery has been reliable. Thank you for providing a great service.

I would like to let you know how pleased I am with your service. I did send a complaint previously, but now I am very pleased. I have received very good phone service and I am also happy with the movies I have received.
